Brainfreeze, art, lights, you, concrete, homebrew & music. Tony & Maite from Pocket of Lollipops bring to you Snowcone in the stairs, Richard Vergez-Drowning the Virgin Silence & A Legion of Pigs.

Sophisticated Punk vibe wonderfully smashed and trashed together. This duo known as Pocket of Lollipops and their “odd” off balance sound. The music they make together channels the energy, spontaneity and antiestablishment ethos of the New York No Wave movement. Pocket of Lollipops paints a picture of saccharine harmony.

Richard Vergez records and performs under the name Drowning the Virgin Silence, a musical project which explores electro-acoustic and post-industrial music, through the use of prepared tapes and manipulated sound. Vergez’s recent concentration is scoring for modern dance as part of the Psychic Youth Inc. collective.

A Legion of Pigs is a free-form electronic audio project which combines aspects of multiple mu sical styles including industrial, ambient, noise and more to create audio collage soundscapes coupled with original video content and re-sourced material

Home brew samples from BrewBox Miami will also be provided. They are a full-service shop, with a wide selection of malt extracts, grains, hops, yeast and brewing equipment. It is the center of a growing community of South Florida residents who like to brew their own beer
