Local Gallery celebrated the 48th Annual Coconut Grove Art Festival in Style By Betty Alvarez

Visiting the Coconut Grove Art Festival can become a bit of a hassle sometimes. Coconut Grove Gallery & Interiors offered as a special service to the gallery clients every year. Free VIP transportation to and from the art show as guests parked stress free in the gallery parking lot and were greeted by Bailey, the golden retriever who is also the gallery mascot. While in the gallery, guests were treated by mimosas and appetizers as they wander all over the gallery and admiring in the artwork and art furniture that the gallery had to offer. What better way to wind down before and after the show than to prop your feet up on a plush designer couch and relax and enjoying impressive art by artists such as Jack Amoroso, who was one of the founders of the original Coconut Grove Art show in the 1950’s.

As a prelude to the show, the Coconut Grove Gallery & Interiors hosted their 2nd annual Dinner with the Artists featuring Amanda Brisbane, Jack Brumbaugh, Judy Fuller & Eric Lee for 50 of their best clientele. What better way to get to know an artist then to share an intimate dinner surrounded by their lovely works. The savory menu for the event was catered by Focaccia Bistro a local grove restaurant.

Coconut Grove Gallery & Interiors located at 2884 Bird Avenue, Coconut Grove now offers Cheese and Wine Wednesdays from 5-7:30 p.m. where guests can enjoy wine and assorted cheeses as they appreciate everything in the gallery. For more information please call (305) 445-7401.
