An empowering series of workshops curated by Life House Hotels x Vero Santes

Part 1 – March 29:

Self Hypnosis with Ewa Josefsson

Vero Santes invites certified hypnotist Ewa Josefsson to a conversation about subconscious limiting beliefs, such as fear, shame and guilt. We learn about self hypnosis and its healing powers. Together all the participants of the workshop then co-create the hypnotic experience Ms. Josefsson will lead us through.

Hypnosis is not as mystical as you may believe, it’s actually much more common and conversational. It’s in the way you talk to yourself. It’s in the way you focus and find your flow. And it is how you open yourself up to new ideas and transform your life. Most importantly, hypnosis can make changing easy.

Ewa Josefsson is an emerging licensed hypnosis practitioner of the New York-based Divine Feminine School of Hypnosis. With a background in poetry, lucid dreaming, meditation and yoga, she’s long been known to create a safe space for positive transformation.

Tickets include participation in the event as well as bites and beverages from Mama Joon.

Westfield Broward has partnered with ArtServe, Inc. to present The Art Society at Westfield Broward Art Gallery, a three-month rotating art exhibit. The Art Gallery is dedicated to showcasing and selling the works of local artists, commission-free! The Gallery serves as one of the most diverse in Broward County, where a multitude of cultures converge, creating an energetic atmosphere and a sense of community.

Through April 1, guests are invited to view the exhibition, “BLACK” by artist Jimmy H. Camille, in Celebration of Black History Month.

About the artist: When most teenagers between adolescence and adulthood were transitioning, Jimmy Camille’s unique expressions of art were his outlet. His life-altering journey into the art world began at the age of seventeen. Born in the sunny city of West Palm Beach, Jimmy Camille is a self-taught artist found at many South Florida college campuses free-styling his works to the public. His thought provoking mixed mediums were the catalyst for his title “The Art Monster.” Jimmy’s vision can be seen in the beautiful intertwining of contemporary, pop, and abstract mediums, a platform that adds lucidity and relevance for his fast growing and captive audience.

Relish in the music. Meet the wives who shaped the man. Witness the story of a legend.

A Wonderful World, traces Armstrong’s odyssey, the musical genre he helped define, and the complex history of race in America, from the birth of jazz in Armstrong’s native New Orleans to international stardom and the Civil Rights era.
