Back by popular demand- Orchestra Miami’s series of outdoor concerts for the community! “Beethoven on the Beach- Sumptuous Strings” features the string ensemble of Orchestra Miami, performing works by Bartok, Holst, Tchaikovsky and Beethoven, conducted by Orchestra Miami’s Artistic Director, Elaine Rinaldi. This year’s concert begins with the gorgeous and exotic Romanian Folk Dances, Sz. 56, BB 68 by Hungarian composer Bela Bartok followed by a rarity- Beethoven’s “No, Non Turbarti”, a concert aria for soprano and string orchestra featuring local favorite, Jouvanca Jean-Baptiste, as the soloist. The first half concludes with Gustav Holst’s lively and spirited “St. Paul’s Suite” Op. 29 N. 2. Kitchen 305 is setting the mood this Valentine’s Day with a delectable three-course dinner for two at $49 per person and a selection of wines starting at $29 a bottle. Executive Chef Julius Brown masters the romantic dinner experience to be served starting at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14th.

Savor a choice of starters featuring Beef Steak Tomato Napoleon, fresh mozzarella, red onions, fresh tomato, Danish blue cheese, a layer of pesto and grilled eggplant; Balsamic Portobello Mushroom Salad, mixed greens topped with sundried tomatoes, Asian pear, fire roasted red peppers, candied walnuts, Portobello mushrooms and gorgonzola served with balsamic vinaigrette dressing; or Lobster Bisque topped with a touch of the slightly sweet complexity of cream sherry.

Entree options include New York Strip Steak paired with Gratin Dauphinoise potatoes, mushroom tomato rosemary relish and a green peppercorn sauce; Split Roasted Cornish Hen served with a herb citrus marinade, sweet potato puree and asparagus polonaise; Crab Meat Stuffed Atlantic Salmon accompanied with wasabi red bliss mashed potatoes and baby carrots in a lemon dill butter sauce; or Napoleon Tower of Grilled Vegetables decorated in Portobello mushrooms, red peppers, squash and zucchini served with a red lentil stew.

Fresh American Bistro, the newest dining experience in Sunny Isles Beach, announces the launch of its new brunch series, “Let’s brunch!” The menu, curated by brunch legend, Executive Chef Philippe Ruiz alongside Chef de Cuisine Diego Martinez, features Contemporary American cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients and can be enjoyed in the sleek, yet intimate dining room or on the restaurants wrap around outdoor terrace, overlooking breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The $45 brunch offerings will be available on Sundays and includes a wide variety of delicious options.

Chef Philippe Ruiz has designed a buffet style brunch that features only the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients. In addition to beloved brunch staples such as Belgian Waffles and Eggs Benedict, guests will find offerings that are both innovative and familiar such as Mediterranean Grilled Chicken with Tarragon and Capers, Oysters with homemade mignonette and cocktail sauce, Spicy Lamb Sausage, and Citrus poached Atlantic Salmon. Other menu items include seasonal Caviar, cracked pepper skirt steak, silver dollar pancakes, stone crab, seasonal and dessert offerings and more.

Guests will also have the opportunity to enhance their brunch experience by choosing from a vast array of garnishes and spices to design their perfect brunch cocktail with F.A.B.’s side table Bloody Mary bar or free-flow Mimosas for just $20.
