Inspired by Estrella Damm beer, each participating menu includes 2 courses, starring the Mediterranean ingredients gambas (shrimp) and/or tomatoes, and paired with 2 Estrella Damm beers—brewed in Barcelona with Mediterranean ingredients since 1876. No two menus are alike, and CHARCOAL’s menu highlights our commitment charcoal-driven, Josper grills.

At CHARCOAL, we have prepared pan con tomate, featuring Sullivan St. Bakery’s ‘pizza bianca’ that is toasted and rubbed with raw tomato and olive oil and served with garden greens, as well as gambas al ajillo, made with Josper-roasted shrimp, peppers, wilted greens, garlic, and olive oil.

#ChefsChoice2018 is available from October 1–31, 2018* for $29 per person.**

*CHARCOAL is open from Wednesday to Sunday.
