Join Romero Britto and strut your stuff at Miami Lighthouse’s seventh annual Walk, Waggle & Stroll Dog Walk, an exciting St. Patrick’s day themed dog walk dedicated to raising awareness for dog guides and service dogs of all kinds. This year’s grand prize winner for most participant pledges collected will receive a Romero Britto signed Azul dog sculpture.
The walk will include dog guides, other service animals and regular pet companions, on a walk to pledge support for Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired. This year’s event is hosted by Honorary ‘Dog’nitaries” Miami-Dade County Commissioner Sally A. Heyman, NBC 6′s Chief Meteorologist John Morales and Honoree World Renowned Pop Artist Romero Britto.
De‘tails’ include: Breakfast sponsored by McDonald’s at 9:00 am; the dog walk at 9:30 am followed by contest prizes for “Best St. Patrick’s Day Dog Costume” (remember to wear green!), “Dog-Owner Look-alike” and “Most Talented Dog” contests. It was another magnificent evening in Coral Gables during Giralda Under the Stars, that is the seasonal/monthly event put together by Downtown Coral Gables.

Ikura Sushi Lounge debuted new menu items which ranged from crunchy Giralda Rolls to a deliciously baked Tom-Atu Heat.

Enjoy music by Suenalo, a nine-piece American Funk, Rock and Hip-Hop band, driven by Alternative Latin Grooves and Caribbean Spices. Suenalo is a bilingual band performing bilingual music.
