The resort has teamed up with Ride Element and Roar Station to host Ride & Roar at WET Deck, Fort Lauderdale’s favorite rooftop pool deck. The workout will begin with a calorie-burning, 30-minute spin class led by Ride Element, followed by a fast-paced, 30-minute HIIT workout led by Roar Station. To keep the energy flowing, stay a bit longer for the silent disco party and show off your best festival-themed workout attire.
