“Eat Your Heart Out,” Fort Lauderdale’s favorite food and “fun” raiser featuring gourmet creations, fresh libations, celebrity servers, live entertainment and a silent auction, returns to The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale on October 3 at 6 p.m. Presented by Lago Mar, this year’s highly anticipated event will benefit the Heart Gallery of Broward County, a respected nonprofit organization committed to finding loving families for the hardest to place foster children.

“We are excited to present this annual food and fun celebration to help children in need find loving homes,” said Yvette DuBose, Executive Director of the Heart Gallery of Broward County. “Presented this year by Lago Mar, this will be the best year yet with over 20 area restaurants, new sponsors, our loyal hosts at The Galleria and support from others who continue to help fulfill our important mission.”

Attendees at “Eat Your Heart Out” presented by Lago Mar will be treated to a dazzling array of epicurean bites from a variety of popular restaurants including Angelo Elia Pizza, Bar & Tapas, Blue Martini, Café Maxx, Café Seville, Café Vico, Culinary Republic, Fitlife Foods, Il Mulino, Lips Fort Lauderdale, Moksha Indian Brasserie, Mayapapaya, Ocean 2000, Phat Boy Sushi & Kitchen, Riverside Market and Café, Serafina, Sweeter Days, Tarpon River Brewing, Taverna Opa, The Mermaid Bar – Neiman Marcus, Truluck’s and more.

A respected roster of celebrity guest servers will spice up the event as they show their support for Heart Gallery and provide guests with tasty samples from participating restaurants. Servers to be named at a later date.
