For the dad that marches to the beat of his own drum, Phuc Yea has prepared smoky variations of the ultimate meat faves topped off with “build your own” options of dad approved staple cocktails. Available from 11:30 am – 3:30 pm on Content Sunday, June 16, the Father’s Day house specials will include Smoked Bone In 36oz short ribs ($42); Miami Smokers Sausages ($25); and Prime Rib ($36) spiced with long peppercorn and star anise. All dishes are served with house made sauces, including BBQ hoisin, fish sauce caramel, maggi ‪au jus and sate; lettuce bundles; and house pickles.

Wash down each bite at the “Build Your Own” Bloody Mary and Old Fashioned station, featuring a selection of rums, bourbons and whiskeys, infused syrups and garnishes. Bottomless servings of tropical mimosas, rose punch and rose wine ($30) will also be available.
