Two seating options are available. The first from 6 – 7 PM and includes a gourmet four-course menu specially crafted by Chef de Cuisine Ilde Ferrer featuring savory bites like Blue Fin Tuna Tiradito, Butternut Squash Soup, Florida Grouper, Chocolate Tart and more. Those looking to live it up all night long can opt for the second dinner from 9 – 10 PM which will include dishes from the earlier seating plus a delicious Lobster Crostini, New Year’s Kiss welcome cocktail, live Latin Caribbean tunes and a New Year’s toast with Moinetto Organic Prosecco. The early seating starts from $89++ per person and the later seating starts from $189++ per person, with bottle service available.
