Join Francine for this monthly reset and healing event happening the last weekend of every month. Each month Francine collaborates with different healers and/or doctors to create a safe space for men and women to treat themselves to a deep and relaxing (read: mostly passive) self-care session for 2 hours. The combination of several therapeutic modalities — including breathwork, crystal sound bowls, aromatherapy, guided meditation, Andara crystal healing and Reiki energy work — open up the body, clear the mind, neutralize the emotions, and balances your energy so as to alchemize anything you’re ready to let go of — old stories, limiting thoughts, emotional traumas, physical pain– into energy that is restorative, refreshing and uplifting.

This month she is joined by natural born healer, Medium, and Reiki Master Teacher Donna Freeman, of Spirit & Beyond. Together the two will lead a journey through opening and clearing each of the major chakras using breathwork, aromatherapy, and a guided Andara Crystals* meditation, followed by a deep receiving of a Reiki energy cleanse paired with a crystal and quartz bowl sound bath.
