Women have been gathering in circles for ages to empower, heal, support, and share with one another. These circles are a sacred and safe space to open up, purge the old, and plant new seeds of intention, while reclaiming and embodying the ancient wisdom of the divine feminine. As we come together, we create space for sisterhood, nourishment, self-love, connecting to our higher selves, and awakening the dormant creative expressions within.

Creating a life you love is an inside job, but we don’t have to do it alone! This monthly Shakti Women’s Circle with Francine Madera will combine yogic movement, breath/pranayama, mantras, sound healing, and meditation to balance and harmonize our thoughts, feelings, words, actions and attitude.

Expect to walk out of this circle tuned in to your feminine essence, refreshed, grounded, and in alignment to start your next month. Please wear comfortable clothing to move, sweat, and stretch. Class is followed by an optional tea and sharing reception (12-1230p)
