Join us this Spring at Faena Miami Beach, where the chefs of Los Fuegos will host a series of intimate Grilling Masterclasses.

The day begins on our al fresco Veranda terrace, where Chef de Cuisine Cristian Menendez – apprentice of world-renowned grill master, Francis Mallmann – will teach you Mallmann’s signature live-fire cooking techniques and ingredient preparation for an array of mouthwatering dishes, including smoked shrimps ‘a la plancha,’ salt-crusted whole red snapper and Mallmann’s famous Beef Tenderloin Milanesa.

During this hands-on epicurean experience, guests will enjoy the fruits of their labor and sip on a curated selection of wine pairings before leaving with an autographed copy of Francis Mallmann’s best-selling cookbook and a recipe card with which they can perfect their open-flame culinary skills.

Masterclass priced at $195 per person, exclusive of tax and service charges. Price includes two-hour cooking lesson, lunch, wine pairings, recipe card and signed copy of Mallmann’s cookbook.
