Brazilian brunches at Miranda will be helmed by local sensation and private chef, Chef Gute, who has prepared a buffet-style menu with dishes from several regions in Brazil, including his own hometown of Brasília. Highlights include a tapioca tortilla station where Chef Gute will be serving this delectable regional tortilla dish; Pernil Assado, pork knuckle baked for 15 hours; in addition to dishes from the northeast region of Brazil like the Moqueca Capixaba, a fish stew, or Bobó de Camarão, shrimp and yuca stew. Sweet tooth foodies rejoice! Brazil is known for scrumptious desserts including Quindim, a traditional dessert made with baked egg yolk, coconut and sugar, or Brigadeiro de Colher, condensed milk and chocolate fudge balls, and Cocada de Forno, a baked coconut topped with dulce de leche ice cream — these and others will be available at the dessert station. Not to mention, guests can also add bottomless Caipirinhas to their Brazilian brunch experience.

Brunch at Miranda is $35 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Bottomless mimosas and Caipirinhas available for an additional $10.
