Chef Daniel Burns is a New York-based chef and current owner of tørst, a craft beer bar in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. He is the former head of Luksus, a Michelin-starred seasonal tasting menu restaurant renowned for being the first to earn a Michelin star serving only beer for pairing with the food.
