Ballet Flamenco La Rosa presents FUERZA FLAMENCA, with guest star Pepe Flores, who is coming directly from Spain to join the performance. The show will be presented on Saturday, May 6 at 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday, May 7 at 3:00 p.m. in the Gleason Room of the Filmore Theater in Miami Beach.
Ballet Flamenco La Rosa artists will include dancers José Junco, Sandra Bara, Mayelú Pérez and María Mercedes Pérez, guitarist Israel Herediaand cantaor Salvador de Angela.
The show highlights the authentic and spectacular world of flamenco in a fascinating performance that emphasizes the purest flamenco music and dance in a variety of styles and rhythms, at once dramatic, moving, upbeat, and sensual. The passionate voices, the exquisite sounds of the guitar, the electrifying percussion of the dancers’ feet combine with all the inherent grace and beauty that have made flamenco so popular worldwide.
