The Ritz-Carlton South Beach was once again host to the ultimate culinary pork cooking competition last Sunday! Cochon555 is a celebration of Heritage Breed Pigs in a nose-to tail cooking competition which supports safe, honest food in support of family farms and the Piggy Bank charity. This year’s Princess of Porc was Chef Paula DaSilva. Check out some photos of the awesome food, bourbon, rum, tattooing, wines, and hotties!
