Downtown Miami residents and visitors alike will have a new reason to ditch their cars this January, as the Miami DDA launches the Biscayne Green pilot project, a public space ‘intervention’ that will temporarily reclaim parking medians for free public programming and reimagine Biscayne Boulevard as a public park and pedestrian promenade. Visitors will be able to enjoy food tastings from local culinary masters, outdoor movie screenings, live concerts, dancing and more.
