In honor of Veterans Day and all who have served, Miami’s 2nd Annual Warrior For Life community sunset yoga event was held at the beautiful and spacious Musuem Park, situated right next to the PAMM Museum.  The goal was to raise awareness for Post Traumatic Stress and provide a peaceful and safe environment for Veterans, their family members and the community to come together and breathe together.

The yoga class was led by Judy Weaver, co-founder of Connected Warriors and included a guided meditation by Molly Birkholm, founder of Warriors At Ease. The free event was open to all veterans, military personnel and the general public. Although free, donations were accepted to support the two causes serving veterans and their families.
