A chef residency program from Eater and the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) in Miami hosted by Chef J.J. Johnson, “James Beard Nominated, Eater Young Gun, and chef of The Cecil in New Yorkâ€.
Eater and MOFAD will host guests at Sacred Space, a dynamic and beautiful venue in Wynwood, for a unique dining experience and virtual culinary journey where Chef JJ Johnson will explore the flavors and history of Haitian cuisine, marrying his cooking style with that of the Haitian culinary culture. An Infiniti vehicle will be on-site, offering diners a VR experience that adds to the story of the cuisine, the chef, and the food being prepared.
The dining residency experience from Eater & MOFAD and will take place from November 14 through November 16, with two dinner seatings per day (5:30pm and 8:30pm). Eater editor Olee Fowler will also be on site and available to speak to.
