Caviar Russe Miami is raising the bar on the traditional happy hour with a DOM Fridays champagne special.

Every Friday, the restaurant offers Dom Perignon Champagne for $25 a glass or $100 per bottle from 6 PM to 9 PM. To accompany the bubbly, guests can also enjoy some savory power bites prepared by the restaurant’s seasoned chef.

As if a Dom Perignon happy hour didn’t sound lush enough, Caviar Russe is the newest restaurant at the Four Seasons Miami, open for lunch and dinner.
