Penfolds, Australia’s leading winemaker, is proud to celebrate 25 years of exclusive service by bringing the winery’s highly esteemed Recorking Clinic to Miami, FL on Tuesday, October 25th. On-hand to expertly assess registered bottles of red wines, aged 15+ years, for connoisseurs in the South Florida market will be the esteemed winemaking team: Chief Winemaker Peter Gago, Senior Red Winemaker Steve Lienert, and Penfolds Ambassador DLynn Proctor.
Penfolds has been providing this famed service to collectors around the world since 1991, with over 130,000 bottles certified since the program’s inception. Wine owners must make a booking for a personalized, custom wine assessment, which includes 1:1 time with the winemakers to recount the wine’s story, discuss drinking windows, cellaring recommendations, and more. An optional valuation service will also be provided onsite by Christie’s Auction House.
