The time has come for the annual October National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, when pink is the color of choice, and at Tino’s, pizza is no different. The local eatery is joining the masses to spread awareness and generate donations by hosting a pizza-making event where guests can create their very own pizza pie with pink sauce. The event will be held at 6:30pm and 8:30pm on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016. For only $22 per person, guests can enjoy the hands-on pleasure of crafting their own pizza using a variety of fresh ingredients with custom-made pink pizza sauce and enjoy a complimentary glass of rosé. Five dollars of each ticket purchased, as well as any donations, will go to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and advancing the research knowledge on both the causes and treatment for breast cancer.
