Executive Chef Paul Qui invites his friends from Miami and beyond on October 19, at 7 PM for a night of creativity at Pao that embraces the balance between pushing the envelope and respect for heritage in a new monthly series: Chef Collective. Joining the dinner will be Thai Changthong, Executive Chef of the Thai-Kun restaurant group in Austin, Texas for the first dinner, an Imperial Thai Feast, inspired by the Kingdom of Siam and dishes cooked for the royal families.
