During National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 to October 15), Americans celebrate the histories, cultures and contributions made by Hispanic and Latin Americans. The Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami (MOCA) is celebrating by featuring the exhibit SYZYGY. The exhibit unites 10 Miami-based Hispanic women artists whose work explores themes of identity, sexuality, power and spirituality. Each piece articulates a confrontation or engagement with the collective unconscious.
