The Local Craft Food & Drink have joined forces with Beam Suntory Bourbons and Chat Chow to celebrate National Bourbon Heritage Month on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, as the entire staff will transform the casual gastropub into a fine-dining supper club featuring a six-course menu of Chef Phil Bryant’s refined Bourbon-laced French Southern faire, exquisitely paired with prohibition and pre-prohibition era cocktails from renowned cocktail master, Will Thompson. Priced at just $75 per person, excluding tax and gratuities, the event begins at 6:30 pm.
