Iron Flex Gym will be having their GRAND OPENING Saturday September 24th from 10am – 3pm powered by BTE Methods. Iron Flex is a new Gym that has been brought to Miami, right infront of FIU. It is a hybrid gym that offers personal training, bootcamps, athletic performance and power-weightlifitng through BTE Methods. At our grand opening there will be vendors, food, music and giveaways throughout the event. We will have 3 short seminars through out event focusing on bench press, squats and deadlift with a USAPL lifter and referee.
