Executive Chef Paul Qui invites his friends from Miami and beyond on August 24 at 7:00 PM for a night of creativity at Pao that embraces the balance between pushing the envelope and respect for heritage in a new monthly series: Chef Collective. Joining the dinner will be Thai Changthong, Executive Chef of the Thai-Kun restaurant group in Austin, Texas for the first dinner, an Imperial Thai Feast, inspired by the Kingdom of Siam and dishes cooked for the royal families.

Tickets are available for $95 with an optional beverage option for $30 (exclusive of tax and gratuity).
