Miami FC, Miami’s only professional soccer club, will host the Fort Lauderdale Strikers in the club’s first ever Florida Clasico’s Coastal Cup Rivalry match on Saturday, August 13th at 8:00 p.m. at Ocean Bank Field at FIU Stadium.
The first 5,000 fans in attendance will receive free Miami FC Thunder sticks. Fans of all ages won’t want to miss the pre-game festivities including music and entertainment, featuring a live Human Foosball game on the main concourse leading into the rivalry game. There will also be a Happy Hour before the game from 7-7:45 PM featuring $3 beers and $2 hot dog and soda combo special. Halftime will include a game of Knockerball between Miami FC’s fan club, the Dade Brigade and The Strikers own, Flight 19.
