Cristian Lazzari spent an autumn week in Nepal in 2014 photographing the beautiful country and its people. The following spring, a devastating earthquake destroyed most of what he had captured with his lens. The photos are now part of a new exhibition, Mystic Wisdom: Cristian Lazzari Photographs Nepal, presented by Miami Dade College’s (MDC) InterAmerican Campus, MDC Art Galleries of Art + Design and the Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month Committee.
