Ready for a real life version of Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory to come to your mall? Round up some fellow chocolate lovers and come with an empty stomach to Miami International Mall for an afternoon of sweet paradise during the first annual Chocolate Festival on Saturday, April 30 from 1 – 8 p.m. in the Sears Court.
Guests will have the opportunity to sample delectable treats from South Florida’s finest chocolate. Not only will you be eating chocolate, but there will also be lectures on how to make chocolate followed by demonstrations from master chefs. There will also be a chocolate fashion exhibit with looks from students and faculty at Miami International School of Art & Design (MIU).
Proceeds from this event will benefit the Foundation for New Education Incentives (FNEI) of Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS). Participation in this event will help FNEI to continue offering education initiatives for M-DCPS and provide students with world-class educational opportunities.
