MDC Live Arts and the Koubek Center present the Florida premiere of the Cumbia All Stars at 8 p.m. on Friday, October 2 at MDC’s Koubek Center, bringing the psychedelic sounds of Peru into the heart of Little Havana.

The living legends of Peruvian cumbia resurrect the sound they made famous in the 1960s— playing the classics of their heyday as well as stylistically-faithful new compositions on their U.S. debut tour. The show launches MDC Live Arts’ new Little Havana Social Club series, which features dance party/concerts at the Koubek Center gardens, with live bands, pre-concert dance lessons, specialty cocktails, vendors and more!
