The first 100 participants at the health fair will receive free flu shots. Medical professionals will be on hand to perform health screenings for osteoporosis, blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, hearing loss and body mass index (BMI). Experts also will be available to answer general health questions, discuss medications and diet and teach women how to properly perform a breast self-exam. Attendees will enjoy complimentary chair massages, exercise demonstrations, giveaways and a nutritious lunch. Complimentary valet parking will be available at the Youth Center.
