BLT Prime at Trump National Doral Wine and Spirits Dinner Series Continues in August with Wines of Provence and Casa Dragones Tequila

BLT Prime Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward has put together an exclusive dinner menu featuring two libations that are perfectly suited for sultry summer sipping – Wines of Provence rosé wines and handcrafted tequila from Casa Dragones Tequila. Scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2015, the four- course dinner will take place in one of the restaurant’s lavish private dining rooms and is preceded by a reception featuring Casa Dragones cocktails at the BLT Prime bar. Three exceptional vintages will be poured this evening. The evening is priced at $125 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.

The evening gets underway at 7PM with a reception of passed hors d’oeuvres including jumbo lump crab & heirloom tomato; crispy eggplant croquettes and mushroom crostini along with Casa Dragones tequila cocktails. Guests will then be seated for a delicious four course dinner. Menu follows: Fig & Olive Salad, Spiced Scallops, Lavender Glazed Kurobuta Pork, and Key Lime Semifreddo.
