This July, Michael Mina invites you to celebrate summer with Chef Gabriel Fenton featuring a three-course menu with favorite east coast dishes and flavors. For $95 pp, guests can indulge in Oysters & Caviar with dill, crème fraiche, lemon; Local Flounder Roulade with baby beets, haricot verts, sunchoke; Herb-Grilled Veal Tenderloin with sweetbreads, morel mushrooms, heirloom tomato fondue; and Black Forest Cake with luxardo cherries, almond milk sherbet. A curated wine pairings for each course is available for an additional $65 pp.
