EXPANSE 2.0: An Exploration of the Uncharted Urban opens at the Williams McCall Gallery South of Fifth featuring artists Bisco Smith, David McCauley, Claire Kowalewski, Adrian Molina and Dennis Izquierdo. The opening reception is open to the public on Saturday, May 7th at 6 pm. The exhibit will run until May 26th.

Bisco Smith is an artist steadily in search of personal truth and raw expression. His aim is to blend the experiences in life with the energy in the moment and create work that moves, questions, and inspires. Adrian Molina was raised as a philosopher and became a visual artist with a fascination for theoretical physics and improvised invention. Claire Kowalewski is a high-distinction Caldwell Scholar at the prestigious Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. Her paintings play with traditional and city lifestyles that capture the viewers eye with vivid color and unfamiliar locale. Dennis Izquierdo is a Cuban artist living in Havana. Izquierdo explores the historical, cultural and social stories of his country through the lens of his personal experiences. David McCauley is a mixed media artist based in Miami. David’s artwork is a wide-ranging collection of mosaics, design, symmetry, typography, and photography.
