The best of the pork-centric tapas dishes will be selected to receive top honors and three will receive “2015 National Pork Board Critics’ Choice Award” – 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Inside the ballroom area, a superior group of professional pork roasters will use their secret arsenal of special spice blends to create their own unique pork tapas.
Outdoors, chefs will be slow roasting whole pigs, which will be served directly from la “Caja China” to each guest’s plate.

The National Pork Board will also host an entertainment and social media lounge where celebrity chefs, including Doreen Colondres and José Mendín, will be on hand to interact with guests and conduct media interviews.
