City Theatre continues its 20th anniversary celebration with a brand new Key Biscayne production of ISLAND SHORTS, a special program that will comprise seven “Best of the Fest” plays from 19 previous seasons of SUMMER SHORTS, America’s Short Play Festival, and one new play selected from the company’s recent SWAMP SHORTS play reading showcase. The limited engagement of only three performances runs February 6 – 8, 2015 in the Island Room of the Key Biscayne Community Center.

Directed by City Theatre Guest Artist Gail Garrison, ISLAND SHORTS will be performed by Elizabeth Price, Andres Maldonado, Vanessa Elise, Marquis Rogers, Corina Ramirez and Michael Uribe.

Island Shorts, an exclusive limited engagement of only three performances, will open on Friday, February 6 with a pre-show reception at 6:30 p.m., and play through February 8. Performances are Friday, February 6 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, February 7 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, February 8 at 4 p.m.

Advance tickets are $20 for Key Biscayne residents and seniors (60 and over), and $25 for non-residents. Tickets purchased the day of the performance, or after February 6, are $30.
