OmmeGang and Haute Dining will host a unique experience that is set to blow the minds and tantalize the palates of food lovers and beer enthusiasts alike. 5³, an exclusive Miami Food Week event debuting on February 18th, will give guests the select opportunity to taste the creations of five A-list culinary innovators, with each chef pairing their dish to an OmmeGang craft beer in order to escalate the ecstatic flavors of each culinary creation. 5³… 5 chefs, 5 beers, 5 courses.

The night will be hosted by the iconic Executive Chef Sean Brasel, from Meat Market, and the event will be sponsored by Certified Angus Beef, Goya Foods and American Food Equipment. 5³ promises to be a dynamic night of sharing inspirations, conversations and memory-making tastings.

The event is a tribute to the passions and creativity of:
· Sean Brasel – Chef/Partner Meat Market – Miami Beach, Palm Beach and Puerto Rico – Miami Ommegang HopChef Winner 2014.
· Johnny Sheehan – Chef New World Tavern – Boston, Ommegang HopChef Winner 2014
· Alex Chang – Zagat Top 30 under 30 opening the Vagabond this month
· Adrianne Calvo – Chef/Owner Adrianna’s Vineyard
· Brad Kilgore – Miami Eaters Chef of the Year, formerly J & G Grill and now opening Alter in Wynwood

5³ puts craft beer and food enthusiasts face-to-face with true culinary rockstars. For VIP guests, Haute Dining brings culinary personalities from across the nation to redefine adventurous food and beer pairings, in a 5-course sit-down dinner to be served around a 200 guest Royal Table. The after party opens up the scene to General Admission guests and invites them to enjoy a sampling of the delectable dishes crafted by the five original chefs. An additional ten trendsetting chefs will join the culinary party, to bring your total to fifteen food and OmmeGang beer pairings.

Taste the results of decades of devotion to the culinary arts, where beer, cuisine and music by DJ Danny Stern collide in a spectacular fashion. The sit-down dinner for VIP guests will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and General Admission guests will be invited to take part in the gastronomical delight from 8:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. Haute Dining is trailblazing a path filled with innovation, creativity and soul.

Early bird tickets will be on sale for Haute Dining members this week, and tickets will be available for the public to purchase next week. Haute Dining loves to give back, and we are happy to say that a portion of the proceeds will go to the Little Lighthouse Foundation.
