Art Show: The Mad Hatter Arts Festival is a fun, zany art and music festival, held each autumn in the historic village of Coconut Grove, located on lovely Biscayne Bay. “The Grove” has a deep Bohemian history of quirky artists and musicians. In fact, the name of the festival draws its inspiration from a popular 1970s song Coconut Grove written by John Sebastian of the internationally famous group, the Lovin’ Spoonful.
The two-day event celebrates its tenth year on Saturday, November 15 and Sunday, November 16, with artists exhibiting on the grounds of The Barnacle Historic State Park and on the sidewalks along Main Highway. Other components of the Festival can be seen around the Grove. Bring your friends, bring your family, and join the fun “…in Coconut Grove.â€
