Winn-Dixie celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with “Dos Culturas, Mucha Frescura” featuring Badia Corporate Chef Hector Morales. Chef Morales will delight customers with live, interactive cooking demonstrations where he will dish-up his flavor-bursting guava BBQ pork. To add a local flare to his delectable culinary creation, Chef Morales will highlight Badia’s new Holy Smokes pork and meat rub, inspired by a mix created by recent FIU graduate Jennifer Bound. As part of the celebration, attendees will receive a complimentary Winn-Dixie booklet packed with flavor-fusing recipes (while supplies last) and enjoy an afternoon of fun-filled activities, including wine sampling with pairings, giveaways and more.
