Let’s stand up for world peace, Miami! Be part of a historic event on United Nation’s International Peace Day on the sands of Miami Beach.
We need Volunteers / Peace Ambassadors:
-To help organize people
-To shoot footage and take pictures
-To get the word out
Each year the International Day of Peace is observed around the world on September 21st. The United Nations General Assembly has declared this as a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, both within and among all nations and peoples.
The United Nations invites all nations and people to honor a cessation of hostilities during the Day, and to otherwise commemorate the Day through education and public awareness on issues related to peace. (That’s where we come in, Miami!)
This is a commUNITY event meant to inspire peace, nonviolence and a great opportunity to meet fellow change makers while sending a message of peace and love from the shores of Miami Beach!
