The Miami Spice Mash-Up series, presented by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB), pays tribute to the fabulous food scene in Miami and the Beaches with curated collaborations between some of the area’s most popular chefs. The last installment of the popular Mash-up series will take place on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Lure Fishbar in the Loews Miami Beach Hotel.

Chefs John Iatrellis of Lure Fishbar, Wolfgang Birk of Area 31, and David Bracha of Oak Tavern team up to deliver an evening of indulgent seafood fare to preview each of their enticing September Miami Spice menus. Guests can enjoy two savory dishes per chef and a dessert crafted by the trio for $75 per person including a cocktail reception featuring one complimentary Botran Rum Deluxe Mojito, Stella Artois and a glass of wine from Wines of Chile (excluding tax, gratuity and additional alcohol purchases).

In its inaugural year, the Miami Spice Mash-Up dinner series has been highly successful, bringing food enthusiasts an exclusive preview of each of the featured chef’s Miami Spice menus as well as an opportunity to interact with them. The series kicked off in June at J&G Grill with chefs Brad Kilgore and José Mendín of Pubbelly Group and continued in July at Swine Southern Table & Bar with chefs Clay Miller of 50 Eggs and Todd Erickson of HaVen South Beach. The one-of-a-kind dining series has brought some of Miami and the Beaches’ most talented chefs together to celebrate the Miami Spice Restaurant Program. Savvy diners have the month of September to enjoy three-course meals accessibly priced at $23 per person for lunch and $39 per person for dinner.
