In 2005 Belly Motions was founded by Fitness Instructor and Belly Dance Performer Portia Lange. Belly Motions was designed to educate its students and the community on the art of Indian and Middle Eastern Dance. Belly Motions strives to teach its students about the origins and culture of Middle Eastern and Indian dance. They also focus on promoting health and fitness, while teaching their students positive ways to express their creativity through dance.
Belly Motions welcomes dancers of all levels, shapes, ages and sizes. Belly Motions allows its students to grow at their own pace while they learn about technique, dance posture and culture.
