REAL ESTATE AND HOSPITALITY POWER PLAYERS LAUNCH SLS LUX AT PRIVATE BASH FOR 1,000 VIPS
Amped up SLS brand debuts with new levels of art, energy and pre-sales in Miami

The Related Group, The Allen Morris Company and sbe, opened SLS Lux’s sales gallery last night in grand fashion to an animated VIP crowd, debuting the most elevated living experience in the Brickell neighborhood. Hosted by the most visionary team of power players in real estate, hospitality, design and art, the newly launched brand in Miami (to be followed this summer with the launch of sbe’s highly anticipated SLS Lux Hotel in Las Vegas) already has logged $200 million in condo sales.

The property comes to life with architecture and design by Arquitectonica and Yabu Pushelberg, along with art acquisitions that rival prominent global galleries, including works from Fernando Botero, Fabian Burgos and Ana Isabel Martinez. Located across the street from the billion-dollar Brickell City Centre, the tower will be a chic oasis for its residents, boasting private elevators, a private rooftop pool terrace, exclusive access to its private beach club, limousine services and impeccable hospitality services.

The beautiful, sleek, glass sales center designed by Yabu Pushelberg offers a glimpse into the highly anticipated SLS Lux world, punctuated by luxurious finishes and furnishings and a $3 million Botero sculpture at the helm of Brickell’s bustling scene.

Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres prepared by Katsuya Uechi himself, who will open his namesake restaurant at the future property.

Notable Guests: Jorge Perez, CEO of the Related Group; Allen Morris, CEO and Chairman of The Allen Morris Company; Arash Azarbarzin, President of sbe; Edgardo Defortuna, President of Fortune International; Chef Katsuya Uechi; Gallery owner Gary Nader
