As part of Wines of Germany’s Riesling & Co. Road Trip Dinner Series, The Cypress Room will host a food & wine pairing dinner featuring a variety of German wines paired with some of their best dishes.

Paul Grieco, whose New York City restaurant, Hearth, is currently nominated for a James Beard Award, will be joined by author and wine expert Stuart Pigott to host the dinner.
