Raise your sword, battle for the Queen’s honor, revel with the Royal Court, cheer battling Knights and scream out Huzzah! – One of the many daily adventures that awaits you at the Florida Renaissance Festival in Miami’s Cauley Square Historic Village. Where stepping back into time is a requirement and leaving all inhibitions of discovery at the castle door is a must.

More than 100 costumed performers, eight stages with continuous entertainment and 18 stage acts from around the world along a mix of other renaissance surprises that includes Celtic Mayhem, traditional and original Celtic music with an edge; CuDubh (KooDoo), original dark heavy metal bagpipe and war drum compositions for the Celtic/Viking warrior in all of us; Gabriel Q, watch ye out for Sir Real and his beautiful, bizarre and hilarious big puppets and stilt characters; the King’s Royal archer – Bill Darr, showcasing wonders of the bow shooting demonstrations and the history of archery; Blackshear’s Curious Magic, sidesplitting comedy and amazing magic; Honour for Hyre, a character-based, interactive comedy-adventure show and many other festival favorites. New addition to the festival is “Wandering Gypsy Theatre,” a widely popular renaissance-vaudeville storytelling show for kids and parents.

The Florida Renaissance Festival is produced by the nationally acclaimed Bobby Rodriguez Productions and strives to create an entertaining and cultural experience for adults and children alike. The sponsors of the Florida Renaissance Festival include Warsteiner Beer, Coca-Cola, Subway and Comcast.

The Florida Renaissance Festival at Miami’s Cauley Square Historic Village will be open weekends beginning March 29th from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. until April 13th. Prices range from $20.00 for adults and $9 for children ages 6 to 11 years of age. Children 5 and younger are free. Special seasonal passes are available for $40 (valid all three weekends) and group ticket discounts are also offered.
