As the arts community in Miami continues to grow, more and more organizations are turning to crowdfunding websites as a fundraising tool, with varying degrees of success.

In an effort to demystify this fundraising mechanism, Knight has invited ‘crowd-sorceress’ Vann Alexandra Daly to walk us through best practices and tips in crowdfunding. Ms. Daly has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars with 100% success for films including “Sex and Broadcasting,” “Changing the Game,” and “Dancing in Jaffa” (Sundance Selects, Tribeca Film Festival Premiere 2013).
