Independent curator Guillaume D̩sanges suggests that a lecture can be considered as a living exhibition. A history of performance in 20 minutes aims at dividing the history of performance into 10 gestures which are played live: 1 РAppearing, 2 РReceiving., 3 РHolding back , 4- Escaping, 5 РAiming, 6- Falling, 7 РCrying, 8 РBiting, 9- Empting oneself , 10 РDisappearing, discussing very subjectively those ten gestures.

“History Of Performance In 20 Minutes” is produced as part of the PAMM Researcher-in-Residence program.
