Guests attending the 12th annual Wine On Harvest Moon presented by South BMW, will be magically transported to the Land Down Under through the â€˜fine wines, fine food and fine artâ€™ of Australia and New Zealand. On Saturday, October 19th, the Deering Estate Foundationâ€™s signature fundraising event presents the classic sounds of the didgeridoo and other live folk and chamber musical performances, along with distinctive Aussie and Kiwi cuisine prepared by Smith and Wollensky, Shulaâ€™s 347, Mortonâ€™s Steakhouse Coral Gables, The Oceanaire Seafood Room, Devon Seafood and Steak, Georgeâ€™s South Miami, Whole Foods Market Coral Gables, Paella Party, Red Fish Grill, The Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove, Ana Capri, Chef David Schwadron Catering & Events Design, and Trulucks Seafood Steak and Crab House.
Crown Wine & Spirits pour great wines from the region that include Rosemount Shiraz and Penfolds THE Chardonnay. In the historic homes, a group art exhibition curated by Jane Hart draws inspiration from the adventurous spirit of Down Under; and a not-to-be-missed high-end auction completes the evening.
