SuViche will partner with local craft beer brewery, Gravity Brewlab for a ceviche and beer pairing event to take place at their South Beach location on July 25th from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The two companies collaborate to pair their original creations, which will include three classic ceviches, and one new “special†ceviche to be revealed at the event, from SuViche with four custom beers, from Gravity, specifically created to compliment each different ceviche.
